South Jeddah Lift Station is part of National Water Company’s extensive wastewater network construction in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The project called for construction of two identical shafts having an inner diameter of 30 and excavation depth of 33 m.
Ammico’s scope involved installation of 1200 mm thick diaphragm wall to 42 m depth.

Msheireb Project is a unique QR20 billion development being undertaken in the historical downtown Doha comprising of more than one hundred retail, commercial, residential, cultural and entertainment facilities covering over thirty hectares area.
Ammico undertook enabling works on Phase 2 & 3 of the project which involved installation of more than 1,000 m of diaphragm wall, sixteen hundred ground anchors, excavation of over two million cubic meters of soil and rock for four and five level basements, dewatering works and installation of more than three thousand foundation piles of 900 mm, 1500 mm and 1800 mm dia.

Museum of Islamic Art Park Project is located at Corniche in front of Qatar Museum of Islamic Art. Ammico’s scope of work comprised of sheet piling, foundation piles and jet grouting works.
Energy City Qatar is a business development located in Lusail City just north of Doha and is envisaged as a center for businesses involved in energy industry in the Middle East. The Headquarters building of Energy City Qatar is planned as the hub of activity for the development and covers a plot area of about 25,000 m2.
Ammico executed the complete Enabling Works Package for the project which called for installation of 565 meters of diaphragm wall as earth retention system followed by excavation and associated dewatering works and installation of foundation piles for the building structure.

The project is located in West Bay with a total plot area of 17,937m2. The development has five basements, a ground floor and hundred storeys. Ammico’s scope comprised of installation of diaphragm wall earth retention system followed by excavation from existing ground level to a bulk excavation depth of approximately 24.0mand associated dewatering works in addition to installation of 526 nos. working piles with diameters ranging from 1000mm to 1500mm.

The project is located in located in one of the islands at The Pearl - Qatar. Ammico’s scope comprised of installation of diaphragm wall along the plot perimeter to serve as both a cut-off and for earth retention, excavation works and installation of foundation piles. The challenge for this project was to construct the diaphragm wall in very close proximity to the sea such that the diaphragm wall acts as an effective cut-off when excavation is undertaken for the basement structure.

Located in the heart of West Bay Doha, this world class high rise commercial development called for construction of three level basement over a plot area of 24,000 m2.
Ammico was assigned the complete enabling works package which included design and construction of seven hundred meters of diaphragm wall and associated ground anchors along the project perimeter, excavation to depths of up to 15 m, dewatering works and design and installation of foundation piles of 900 mm and 1200 mm diameter.

Waqood Tower is a twenty one floor tower with four basements and covers a plot area of 3,500 m2. Ammico’s scope involved installation of diaphragm wall and associated ground anchors for earth retention system followed by excavation from existing ground level to a depth of 16 m, dewatering works and installation of foundation piles for the tower.
The challenge on the project was to complete the four basement enabling works over a very small plot area of 3,500 m2 surrounded by adjacent buildings. The work was completed within the very tight stipulated period of four months.

Sheraton Park Project involves construction of a park in West Bay Doha with four levels of underground car parking. The projects covers an area of about 80,000 m2
Ammico’s scope comprised of installation of secant piles and contiguous piles for earth retention, shotcreting and rock bolting at parts of the excavation, and deep excavation and disposal works to the tune of about one million cubic meters.

Doha Convention Center and Tower Project is a truly landmark project at the heart of West Bay in Doha. Out of the total project plot area of 120,000 m2, the Convention Center covers an area of 90,000 m2 adjacent to which a 570 m super skyscraper is being constructed.
Ammico undertook the complete Enabling Works Package for Qatari Diar as Client and Turner International as Project Managers. Ammico’s scope of work included 1600 m of diaphragm wall and seven hundred ground anchors as earth retention for the two level and three level car park under the complete site, excavation of more than one million cubic meters, dewatering works and installation of 900mm piles for the Convention Center and 1200mm piles for the Tower.
