The Golden Triangle project in Jeddah spans an area of about 126,000 square metres (sqm) and comprises of four hotels, residential towers, office spaces and retail facilities, connected by a central boulevard.
Jeddah-based developer AlNahla Group is developing the project.
The preliminary test piling work is being carried out by local firm Ammico Contracting.
