The Palm Gate Way Tower – Palm Jumeriah, Dubai
Ammico’s scope of work included soil improvement using vibrocompaction and grout column installation. The objective of the works was to enhance the soil’s bearing capacity and to reduce the anticipated settlements under design loads.
The major quantities and activities executed under this scope included:
- > Installation of 2,850 grout columns
- > Ground improvement by vibrocompaction covering a total treated volume of approximately 53,000 cubic metres
- > Depth of treatment up to 13 m below ground level
