Ammico Scope of work included soil improvement using stone columns. The objective of soil improvement was to increase the load carrying capacity of soil & keep the settlement under building loads under the specified limits. There were 390 no. stone columns of 1.0 m diameter installed to a maximum depth of 18 m from ground level.
