Riyadh Metro Lines 3, 5, & 6 Cut & Cover Tunnel and Deep Stations, KSA
Ammico’s scope of work comprised the design and construction of piling and shoring systems for cut-and-cover tunnels and deep stations along Lines 3, 5, and 6 of the Riyadh Metro Project. This included secant piles, anchoring, soldier piles and struts. The works involved execution in challenging geological conditions, with rock strata exhibiting unconfined compressive strengths exceeding 30 MPa and extending to depths of up to 50 m.
