Abraj Quartier 3, 4, 5 & 6 – The Pearl, Qatar
The project is located in The Pearl, Qatar, with a total plot area of approximately 60,000 m². The development comprises four towers, each consisting of one basement level and forty storeys.
Ammico’s scope of work included the installation of a contiguous wall and a Cutter Soil Mixing (CSM) wall incorporating steel profiles as the earth retention system, followed by bulk excavation from the existing ground level to an average depth of approximately 7.0 m. The works also included associated dewatering activities and the installation of 364 bored cast-in-situ piles, each with a diameter of 1,500 mm and between 16 to 18 meters deep.
