Destination Development Company (DDC) Awards Enabling Work for the Monolith Resort at Al-Ula to Ammico | KSA

Saudi Arabia’s Destinations Development Company (DDC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Saudi sovereign wealth vehicle the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has awarded an enabling works tender for the Monolith resort in the Al Ula region of Saudi Arabia to Ammico.

Monolith is planned as an exclusive 1,000-key resort on top of a plateau in the Al-Ula region in KSA. The development will also include a spa, an amphitheater, stables, horse-riding areas, a water park, a hilltop area, a sports centre, an augmented reality/virtual reality hub, an observatory and planetarium, and an 18-hole championship golf course.

Ammico’s scope includes site preparation and installation of about 450 Piles.
