Rua Al-Medina is a Public Investment Fund (PIF) subsidiary tasked with developing Medina’s tourism and cultural development.
The Superblock-5 development includes construction of 18 hotels under three categories – three stars, four stars and five stars – as well as secondary infrastructure. The height of the towers will range from 11 storeys to 21 storeys.
Ammico’s scope involves soil improvement through installation of rigid inclusions under the raft foundations for 18 towers with an approximate area of 42,000 m2.
