Stone Columns Works at Traditional Souq Project, UAE

Ammico Scope of work included soil improvement using stone columns. The objective of soil improvement was to increase the load carrying capacity of soil & keep the settlement under building loads under the specified limits. There were 3000 no. stone columns of 1.0 m diameter installed to a maximum depth of 7.5 m from ground level.
